Delete your data
EventCrew has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Event data is deleted automatically, and you can delete your own part of an event at any time.
If you're in an event
- Leave: tap Leave in the event. Your location, messages and photos are deleted from the server immediately, and the event is removed from your browser.
- Leader: tap End event. The event's whole database, including all photos, is permanently deleted in one step.
Automatically
Every event is permanently deleted when it ends, at the latest one hour after its planned end time. Nothing is backed up.
On your phone
- Web: leaving an event clears it from your browser. You can also clear the site's data in your browser settings.
- Android app: uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android Settings, removes everything it stored on your phone.
